Each experience was unique, as she personalized each experience including the intent of the session and the playlist used. Probably my favorite part from both experiences is how Taylor gets to know you prior to the session, taking time to ask questions about you, what is going on in your life, and fully trying to understand the blocks you are trying to work through.
