She loves shiny objects, often grabbing your focus from thing to thing until you don’t trust yourself enough to make a decision and stick with a plan or strategy. Dabbling in things is way more fun than confronting that fear of success, am I right?!
We don’t hate our chatter. But she’s not always helpful.

Week 1: Book The Trip
Commit to where you’re going. Make your goals clear. In these next 8 weeks, I’m doing X. Damn right you are. Book it. Buy the plane ticket. Once you’re strapped in, it’s you and your desires. No backing out now.
Week 2: Pack Your Bags
Decide who you need to become. What’s a yes? What’s a no? We can’t pack a snowsuit for Barbados. We can’t say yes to a business direction that’s good on paper but totally unaligned with your desired lifestyle.
Week 3: Take Off
It’s time to sit back and trust. Make a list of your uncertainty points and still find ways to accomplish things. It’s not about black and white thinking, it’s about seeing grey and knowing there’s always a way.
Week 4: Adventure
You’ve made it to your destination. Now, the fun part starts. Stepping into this new space with confidence, trying the weird foods, and of course, realizing you’re actually a badass and can start acting like one.
Week 5: The Unexpected
Your car broke down in the jungle. You’re facing challenges and you want to stop it all and crawl back under your weighted blanket comfort zone. We’re facing the unexpected head on, so don't quit on me.
Week 6: Enjoy The View
Give yourself a second to pause. Lots of growth has happened. Connect to your heart. Give yourself some love and gratitude. We’re still moving forward, but this is the part where I say the iconic line, slow down to speed up.
Week 7: Prepare for Landing
Fun trip, right? Kinda business. Kinda Eat, Pray, Love. This week is for reflection, using your experiences to trust yourself. Because what you learned in this trip doesn’t *poof* as soon as you sit down back at your desk.
Week 8: Return Home
Own the f*ck out of your direction. You’re now embodying this new level of self. Now it’s your job to put her in the world. You are someone who… Who you fill in that blank with is about to surprise you.

For a long time, I didn’t live my life based on what I wanted. I did what my parents wanted. Sound familiar, anyone?
It wasn’t until I found breathwork that I started to unravel the experiences and traumas that caused me to shove my beliefs and desires to the side.
I was living a beautiful life on the outside, but miserable on the inside.
Now, I’m not this perfect butterfly imparting my wisdom, but I am passionate about using breathwork to help women connect with what they actually want. I want them to stop shoving it down because it’s too scary.
